Day 6

Yesterday was a decent day for me. I did run into a few temptations that I fell victim to (like that fabulous looking chocolate cake from the birthday party). I made up for it by drinking a TON of water! I had 9 cups of water total yesterday. It felt good to drink that much.

Also, I was running SUPER late for work in the morning, so I didn't have time to do my morning lunges, but I made up for it by doing a TON of them last night. I didn't count, but I did them until my legs were so weak that I literally couldn't do anymore. That actually felt phenomenal. Its amazing how a simple exercise can really make you feel accomplished. I also did crunches and side to sides (to work those dang love handles).

Yesterday for lunch I had a couple slices of ham and a small salad. It was filling, but not overwhelming. It left me quite content. For a later snack I had reduced fat chex mix. Are those bad for you?

For dinner, I was not as careful. I had 2 slices of pizza. I wanted a third, but I held back.

I have decided to weigh in tomorrow morning instead of Thursday (since Thursday is Christmas). I am going to drink plenty of water and get in some good exercise tonight. Wish my luck guys.

Lunges in the morning huh? That sounds like it could be a little bit challenging for me because I'm not at all a morning person!!! Does it give you some energy early in the am? if so, i'm all game for it!
