MIA again: 92 Days Left

Sorry I have been MIA...

I promise I have still been working out. I kicked my booty last night. I am about to go on a bike ride right now.

I have not weighed myself (mostly because my monthly friend has left me feeling HUGE lately!) but I intend on weighing myself VERY soon.

I promise I will be better about posting!

We are off to a good start...

100 push up challenge... yep I started it again
Week 1 Day 1:
First Set: 10
Second Set: 9
Third Set: 7
Fourth Set: 7
Fifth Set: 15
Total: 48 Push ups

Then, I did 20 candlestick jumps.

Then, I did 25 tucked V-ups.

Then, I did 50 crunches.

Then, I did 50 squat jumps.

I am ready to take on this challenge!!
