Day 1

Hi All,

This blog will be used to track my weight loss progression for my wedding. My wedding is on October 11, 2009. This gives me about 10 months to get my booty in shape. I will use this journal to share the honest journey to my weight loss success (hopefully success). I will not fib about my progress, nor will I hide the fact that I may have cheated on my diet.

I hope that this will help motivate anyone else out there too. Maybe we could even embark on this journey together!

So, first thing is first:

Height: 5 ft 7 in
Weight: 150 lbs
Goal Weight: 130 lbs
Feature I like about myself: My eyes and my boobs (hey, we are being honest here)
Feature that needs work: My buttox (it is HUGE...SERIOUSLY) and my legs.

Ultimately, I would just like to feel healthy, but having skinnier legs and flatter abs in the meantime wouldn't hurt.
