So, I decided to weigh myself this morning. I don't know why. I guess I was just curious. Since I have been sick, I have had zero appetite. I will take one bite of something and then I am done. Unfortunately, that means that my weigh in is not realistic.
Are you ready for what Mr. Scale told me?!
I have lost 12 pounds so far. I know I will put some of it back on, but I would like to think that I lost some of it on my own. I guess time will tell. I am not going to go crazy about it, but it is nice to know that I CAN lose weight. I think I will just consider this an unofficial weigh in.
I am feeling a little better now. I am still super congested and barely have an appetite, but I do have energy. Who knows, maybe I will do some crunches with my weights today! :)
If you have light weights (2 or 3 lbs), then a great exercise that works your whole stomach is sit ups. Here is how to do it. Hold one weight with both hands (1 hand on each side of the weight). When laying down with knees bent, hold the weight right above your chest. Do a sit up as usual, but once you get to the top lift the weight above your head with both hands. Then roll your body down to your original position. Start off easy with this. It is a lot harder than it seems. AND it works your arms and stomach at the same time :)
I hope you all are doing well. Oh and don't let my crazy sicky weightloss let you guys resort to not eating. Since I haven't been able to eat, I can't stand up without getting dizzy. It is not healthy. Let's do this weightloss the healthy way!!! :)
